Requirements for this theme:
- All pairings must be entirely compliant with canon, with the epilogue, and with information provided by J.K. Rowling.
- At least some canon pairings must be present in some way (that is, no gen stories in which the only mentions of pairings are negligible or irrelevant to the story).
- Background characters may be mentioned as being in a non-canon relationship, but only occasionally and in passing.
This theme does NOT include:
- Stories focusing on pairings that happened but didn't work out (ex. Harry/Cho, Ron/Lavender). Stories in which these pairings are included as only one part of the plot, and in which canon-compliant pairings ultimately prevail, are OK.
- Stories about pairings that may have fit in canon, but which are never explicitly mentioned as having happened (ex. Dumbledore/Grindelwald, Voldemort/Bellatrix, Sirius/OC).
